We would like to satisfy our customers all-round and maintain a good relationship with them. This requires that they can rely on our LED walls and our support. This is why it is of great importance to us that there is nothing to criticize about the quality and safety of our products. Anyhow, all users of our walls should be content with the result after the installation.
Consequently, it is a must for us to test our LED walls. And this is exactly what we do once they have left the production and have arrived here with us in Göttingen. Furthermore, we visit the supplier in Shenzhen on a regular basis. On the spot we take a look at the production and make sure that everything actually works the way we expect. Roughly a year ago we made our last visit that we also talked about on our German blog page.
In the times of Corona this is of course difficult to do. However, we are not the only ones that have an eye on the quality and safety of our products. Fortunately – this would obviously be a little arrogant. For us it is self-evident that our walls are not only nodded through by us, but that they are also TÜV certified. TÜV Rheinland checks all of our products regarding safety, quality, and design. Furthermore, they visit the production site to check the manufacturing process. Our Chinese manufacturers just recently had a visit by TÜV. And as expected, there was nothing to complain about.

We set much value on this TÜV certification. It is not only a confirmation for us, but moreover it is an assurance for our customers that attention is also paid to quality and safety. It proves as well that also safety standards (e.g the EN-62471) are implemented, as it had been confirmed by an official inspection authority. Hence you can rely on the fact that our products have this certification at disposal. In fact, our new Pro-Series is just being checked. The P3+BL Pro and the P4+WH Pro are just with the TÜV Rheinland and we are in good spirits that we will be able to show a TÜV certification in a few months.
