The new TB60 is part of NovaStar’s Taurus-series. However, it is not an additional product, but a replacement of the TB8. Equivalent to the replacement, the new model is oriented regarding most of concerns by the functions of its precursor. Nonetheless, there are a few differences:

These are mainly – besides a better and faster processor of the TB60 – the usability of the outputs of the controllers. The TB60 offers just like the TB8 in total four LED OUT ports, but does not allow free eligibility between primary and backup use. While all outputs of the TB8 would be solely usable in the primary function, you can now with the TB60 choose between primary or backup use.
