It’s been a long time coming, but the wait is over: something new is happening in our LEDBRIX universe! The new LEDBRIX-series is being launched, of course with an outdoor and indoor version and the that certain extra on top! We are talking about the new LEDBRIX Vario.
Flexible, robust, Vario
The new LEDBRIX Vario-series is of course available as an indoor and outdoor version. Both variants are characterised by their long-life cycle, a low-maintenance character and a front service that makes repairs much easier. This is because the cabinets are mounted to the cast aluminium frame using a simple system and are particularly light, weighing just 17 kilograms per square metre for the indoor version. Both versions offer with their different cabinet sizes and pixel pitches not only an outstanding flexibility in matters of assembly and design, but also make it possible for you to put your wall together according to your demands. But let us take a closer look at the indoor and outdoor cabinets:

LEDBRIX Vario Indoor
For indoor permanent installations of any kind, the LEDBRIX Vario is an exceptionally good choice. The cabinets come in six different sizes, as well as two different pixel pitches (see table below). The pixel pitches of 1.95 resp. 2.6mm ensure an optimal viewing distance of 3m. This means that the modules can also shine in confined spaces. The brightness of up to 1,000 nits is ideal for room lighting and the 3,840 Hertz generate a smooth image. All this makes the LEDBRIX Vario Indoor particularly suitable for digital signage or conference rooms, for example. The built-in NovaStar A8s-N receiver card enables the use of various functions, such as Image Boost, Dynamic Grayscale or support for HDR content, thus ensuring an optimised image that exploits the full potential of the LED wall.

LEDBRIX Vario Outdoor
The Vario even shines as a permanent installation outdoors. You can take this literally, as the 5,000 Nits are shining bright and offer an intensive and lively image even on particularly sunny days. The outdoor variant of the LEDBRIX Vario is available in three cabinet sizes, as well as three pixel pitches, so that is equally as good as the indoor equivalent when it comes to flexibility and individuality. The pixel pitch between 2.9 and 4.8mm enables a viewing distance of 4 to 5 meters, so that one can even find a solution for occasions where room is limited. Equipped with an A8s-N receiving card and a refresh rate of 3,480 Hertz, the LEDBRIX Vario Outdoor delivers visual excellence. As an outdoor wall, it has to do certain aspects justice, e.g. in regard to safety and durability. This is why the cabinets have an IP code of 66, which makes them resistant to dust and heavy splash water. Furthermore, the cabinets that are exposed to the elements as outdoor technology are corrosion-protected, temperature-resistant and fireproof.

LEDBRIX or LEDBRIX Vario?
You might wonder what is the use of a whole new system while we already have LEDBRIX indoor and outdoor? We have a short answer for you. In theory, it is very simple, as we are expanding our portfolio with the new Vario with a cheaper and therefore more affordable option of the permanent installation. Vario comes with different resolutions, the highest of them with a pixel pitch of 1.95mm. In most cases, this is a more than satisfactory image quality. The modules, that are in bigger in comparison to the LEDBRIX system, offer also a quicker and easier assembly. Nonetheless, those who put value on a High-End solution that is tailored entirely to their demands – and those who do not shy away from an investment – they might be better of with the LEDBRIX indoor or outdoor. Here, we offer you the really small pixel pitches of 1.25 or 1.56 up to 1.87mm. The LEDBRIX systems are also customized so that all parts of the wall, e.g. the SMDs or the receiving card, can be used according to your demands. The disadvantage with a wall that can be personalized to this extend is that the price is also higher, and it is not in stock and cannot be shipped immediately. All information and the data sheets for the LEDBRIX indoor system are linked here, everything regarding the outdoor option here.
Hence, there are a number of things one has to consider, and we are always happy to consult you regarding these topics, so that you receive a solution tailored to your needs.
