Here, the renowned PixelFlow software comes into play (which, by the way, was recently provided with a new update): it was developed specifically for the administration and controlling of the P-series and the U5 controller. It offers a multitude of functions that make the controlling of the devices considerably easier. In the following, we want to introduce you the many special features of this software.

The connection options

Connecting to the devices happens smoothly and quickly: the software needs to be installed on the controlling computer and connects it reliably with the desired device. Hereby, the connection can happen via the ethernet connection or a LAN network with a router.

Project and device management

Moreover, the software offers extensive functions for the project and device management – but what exactly is that?

With the project management, you can create new projects, work on already existing ones, rename, delete or look at their features. Here you can choose between online projects that are running on your device in real time, and virtual projects that are suitable for tests and simulations. Project data can be imported or exported easily.

You also benefit from many options in the device management. The software makes it possible to choose between online devices that can be controlled and configurated directly, and virtual devices that are used for test purposes in simulations. The user surface offers hereby an intuitive graphic and list view which makes the controlling much easier, and the device management clear and user-friendly.

Adaptable configurations

Besides that, the software offers a series of configuration options that make a flexible adaption of the devices possible. These contain, amongst others, the output mapping, the backup options for generating device protection, as well as the im- and export of EDID-files.

Layer administration and Multiviewer view

The Layer administration convinces with numerous functions to add, edit and operate individual layers. Besides that, you have the option of saving the layer presets, which enables flexible design.

The PixelFlow software also has a Multiviewer view that allows you to monitor the screens in real time and easily manage software updates and system settings.
