The system follows one central idea: to create a maximum of safety and user-friendliness for our customers. It can be used for various structures in order to provide robustness and stability even under the influence of wind.

You are probably already familiar with our Tri-Frame system from our catalogue. However, we recently had one or the other innovation that is worth mentioning. Here is a brief overview:

Main components: Tri-Frames, base plates and studding

To offer our customers only the best, we developed and produced the Tri-Frames together with EXPO Engineering and A.T.C. The result of this cooperation is a three-point truss for mounting on the back of the LED cabinet. It perfectly matches the cabinets of the PRO- and NEO-series. The simple plug-in system makes quick and safe set-ups very easy. Nevertheless, a Tri-Frame rarely comes alone – to construct LED structures, the Tri-Frame base plate or the Tri-Frame studding are available for selection.

The Tri-Frame base plate

With its rectangular shape, the Tri-Frame base plate is ideal for narrow indoor structures. The simple plug-in system eliminates the need for time-consuming screwing and assembly, and the installation is done quickly. The base plate can be used from a width of 0.5 meters, for example for information panels in front of stores or trade fairs. For bigger indoor constructions, any number of base plates can be added together. With one single plate, a span width of 1.5 meters can be reached. With the proper ballasting and stiffening, you can build an installation of up to 7 meters in height.

The Tri-Frame studding

To be able to use the Tri-Frame studding everywhere trouble-free, there is an indoor and outdoor variant. In comparison to the base plate, it is suitable for bigger constructions. With this, the studding can reach a height of up to 5 meters indoors. The second variant is ideal for outdoors as it has longer cantilevers and supporting diagonals to be able to defy wind and unevenness. Hence, with the outdoor studding, you can build installations of up to 7 meters. For higher indoor constructions, you can also use the outdoor variant to build up to 10 meters in height.

The following applies to both indoor and outdoor: quick and easy installation, stability and robustness are guaranteed.

The Tri-Frame multiplate

The multiplate is, as its name suggests, a multifunctional talent. It can be attached to the top or bottom of the Tri-Frames and allows the fixing of e.g. lamps, pipes or bobbleheads and spotlights. Your creativity is thus given complete freedom.

The Tri-Frame mounting frame

You can also use the Tri-Frames to stabilise the flying setup – ideally in combination with the Tri-Frame mounting frame. This ensures that all loads are well distributed, and nothing tips over.

The Tri-Frame stiffening profile

Altitude makes many people’s knees weak. To prevent this from happening to your Tri-Frame construction, there is the Tri-Frame stiffening profile. It helps you stiffen your constructions where the lower edge of the LED wall only starts at 2 meters or higher.
