Requirements for LEDTEK remote assistance
Please note that you must fulfil the following requirements in order to receive LEDTEK remote assistance from us.
- Someone has to be on site to let us know what is displayed on the LED wall. Moreover, this person has to be available by phone.
- You need a computer or laptop. Tablets and smartphones are excluded from remote assistance as they cannot be used to program an LED wall.
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 need to be installed on the computer or laptop. As the main programmes are not available for macOS, iOS and Linux, LEDTEK remote assistance is also not available for these operating systems.
- Full administration rights are also required to install and run programmes on your end device.
- Besides that, you need a fast and stable internet connection.
- If an anti-virus software is installed, it needs to be possible to switch it off.
- The “TeamViewer” software needs to be installed on your end device so that we can assist you with programming your LED wall. This is preferably downloaded via the following link:
- Your LED wall has to be connected already.
- Depending on the controller that is used, either a USB connection or a network connection are necessary. Please refer to the following list to find out which connection type is recommended for your controller:
- MCTRL- or VX-controller: preferably USB connection, alternatively network connection
- TBX0-controller: preferably USB connection, alternatively network connection
- MX- or KU-controller: network connection necessary
- TBX- or TU-controller: network connection necessary
