The 3-year LEDTEK warranty is always the so-called bring-in warranty. The bring-in warranty regulates the warranty case, which requires the bringing of the defective part to the guarantor (LEDTEK) for repair by the guarantee holder and its pick-up by the guarantee holder after repair. If the defective part is an item that naturally cannot be brought to LEDTEK on site, it is possible for LEDTEK employees to travel to the site. Depending on the case, travel costs for expenses and accommodation are incurred, which are to be paid by the customer in each case. The spare parts are free of charge for the customer.
