The delivery costs for LEDTEK products are calculated individually. As a rule, collection takes place in Göttingen, including free training. If delivery is required, we will determine the most cost-effective solution. The price for shipping by forwarding agent (e.g. random or Cargoboard) depends on weight, loading meters, distance and fuel costs. Customers will receive a quote in advance for confirmation. In the event of a warranty claim, we will cover the delivery costs as part of our service.
