Repair for power supplies
We are continuously developing the distribution partnership between NovaStar and LEDTEK. Besides the constant exchange on new products, software and troubleshooting, all options for an ideal customer service are used. Part of this is a functional repair service directly on site in Göttingen. The use of NovaStar devices seems to have one particular pitfall: a voltage fault in the power supply unit caused by the fact that the current connected to the LED wall is 400 volts rather than the specified 230 volts. This causes a defect in the power supply. This defect is comparatively simple, so returning the affected products directly to the manufacturer would involve a disproportionate effort. After consulting with NovaStar, LEDTEK is offering to replace the power supply unit for the VX devices directly in Göttingen for a flat rate of 200 euros. You receive a contractually secured, technically experienced and time-optimised repair service for your devices. You can simply register your damaged power supply unit in the LEDTEK service portal.
