Besides the constant exchange on new products, software and troubleshooting, all options for an ideal customer service are used. Part of this is a functional repair service directly on site in Göttingen. The use of NovaStar devices seems to have one particular pitfall: a voltage fault in the power supply unit caused by the fact that the current connected to the LED wall is 400 volts rather than the specified 230 volts. This causes a defect in the power supply. This defect is comparatively simple, so returning the affected products directly to the manufacturer would involve a disproportionate effort. After consulting with NovaStar, LEDTEK is offering to replace the power supply unit for the VX devices directly in Göttingen for a flat rate of 200 euros. You receive a contractually secured, technically experienced and time-optimised repair service for your devices. You can simply register your damaged power supply unit in the LEDTEK service portal.
